Information we collect

We collect the information you give us: name, email, phone, entity details, investing goals, capital ranges, property addresses, and any documents you upload to the client portal. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location for security and analytics.

• To prepare proposals, agreements, deliverables, and invoices
• To evaluate lending inquiries and coordinate with capital sources

Sensitive financial documents

Documents you upload (bank statements, tax returns, credit reports, entity records) are stored in private, access-controlled storage and shared only with the people working on your engagement and, where you direct it, with lenders or capital partners. We identify entities by EIN last four digits only. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We use third parties to operate the business: hosting and database infrastructure, scheduling and video conferencing, email delivery, and payment processing. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound to protect it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for session management and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, though portal sign-in requires them.

Retention

Engagement records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
